Is it only for Christmas?
No. Christmas is our specialty, and we keep going all year. Birthday wish lists start in January and stay free for every family.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan holds 3 lists, with share links, claims and printing. Upgrade to the Season Pass inside the app whenever you are ready.
Do grandparents and relatives pay?
No. Relatives who only shop join free with an invite link. Only the family that runs the lists buys the Season Pass.
Is the Season Pass a subscription?
No. One payment covers your whole family for Christmas 2026. Nothing renews and nothing charges again.
Will my kids see what they are getting?
No. Kids add wishes from their own link and never see claims, purchases or budgets. If Mom or Dad has a list, gifts for them stay hidden from them too.
Do kids need an account or an email?
No. Parents add kids by nickname and send each one a link. Parents turn any link off in one tap.
What if it is not right for us?
Email us within 14 days of buying the Season Pass for a full refund. No hoops.
How do I learn to use it?
Short how to videos live right inside the app. Each one runs about 20 seconds, with a voice and captions, and shows the real screen step by step. Tap How to at the top of your family page any time.
I have a gift code. Where do I use it?
Tap Start free and type it in the Gift code box when you create your family. Already signed up? Open Have a gift code at the top of your Lists tab. Gift codes work inside Wish Jar, not at the Stripe checkout.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. It runs in any phone, tablet or computer browser. Add it to your home screen for one tap access.
